2027 Exhibition -
Venue: Bassingbourn Village College.
Car Park and Visitor Entrance: Brook Road, SG8 5NP
2027 Marks the 40th anniversary of the founding of the club, so we hope to be putting up a special one to celebrate. We moved our exhibition to Bassingbourn for the 2012 exhibition, and the last time we increased our admission charge was for the 2015 show; for the coming 2027 exhibition the entry fee for adults will be £6, and we still don’t charge for accompanied children. We will be open for visitors from 10:30 till 16:00, with last entries at 15:30.
The free car parking is at the adjacent Leisure Centre
We will have new layouts to show, and make efforts to increase our demonstrators and niche traders.
Providing our friend Charles and his heritage coach both pass their respective MOTs, they will again be providing the free shuttle service (donations would be gratefully accepted though) between Royston Bus & Train stations and our exhibition. If you live in Royston or could come by train, please consider our coach for your visit -
The Royston & District Model Engineering Society will be bringing along their track and miniature train to give rides, although a small additional charge will apply.
Refreshments will be available (Tea, Coffee, Cakes etc) for consumption in the canteen.
We will be accepting cash or card payments for entry and for the canteen purchasing.
Car Parking/Access
Signage will be put up from the A1198 at Kneesworth, just North of Royston.

Dogs
The college has informed us that they will now not allow dogs in the building. They will accept assistance dogs however.
We are investigating the documentary requirements (so-
